FormFactor Performance — Limited Warranty

Effective date: April 30, 2026
FormFactor Performance stands behind every product we sell. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date when the product is used as designed and installed on a compatible vehicle.
What's covered
• Manufacturing defects in any component of the product, including brackets, mounts, hinges, mechanisms, housings, and included hardware.
• Material failures under normal use and operating conditions.
• Hardware (screws, washers, fasteners) that fail at the threading or under normal install torque.
• Mechanical failures of moving parts (hinges, pivots, latches) during normal operation.
If a covered defect appears, FormFactor Performance will repair, replace, or refund the affected part at our discretion. Replacement parts ship free anywhere in the United States and Canada. We may request that the defective part be returned for inspection before a replacement ships.
What's not covered
• Damage from crashes, collisions, drops, tip-overs, or any impact event.
• Damage from racing, competition, track days, stunt riding, or any off-road or non-road use.
• Damage from pressure washing, submersion, prolonged exposure to rain or moisture, or sustained contact with road salt, fuel, or chemical solvents.
• Improper installation, including installation on a vehicle not listed as compatible on our website at the time of purchase.
• Modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by the customer or any third party.
• Normal cosmetic wear, including surface scuffs, micro-scratches, finish dulling, or fade from UV exposure.
• Loss, theft, or confiscation of the product after delivery.
• Issues caused by use with non-FormFactor mounting hardware or other third-party components not supplied by FormFactor.
Crash replacement program
Crash damage isn't covered by the warranty above — but we know an accident is already a bad day, and a damaged FormFactor product shouldn't make it worse. As a courtesy, we offer a one-time 25% off discount on a replacement of the same FormFactor product if your vehicle was in a crash or accident and the product was damaged in the incident.
To request a crash-replacement discount, email info@formfactorperformance.com with:
• Your original order number
• A photo of the damaged FormFactor product (still mounted on the vehicle, or clearly showing the crash damage)
• A short description of the incident
We respond within three (3) business days. If approved, we send a one-time 25% off discount code valid for a single replacement of the same product. Free shipping still applies. The discount is one-time per original order, applies to the original purchaser only, and cannot be combined with other promotions or rider/affiliate codes.
This is a courtesy program, not a warranty obligation, and FormFactor Performance reserves the right to update or discontinue it. The warranty terms above remain unchanged.
How to file a claim
Email info@formfactorperformance.com within the warranty period with the following:
• Your original order number
• At least three (3) clear photos of the defect from different angles
• Make, model, and year of the vehicle the product is installed on
• A short description of when and how the issue appeared
We respond to warranty claims within three (3) business days. If your claim is approved, we'll send replacement parts at no cost and cover shipping within North America. If your claim falls outside coverage, we'll explain why and, where possible, offer a discounted replacement.
Limits and conditions
• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
• This warranty is valid only for products purchased through formfactorperformance.com or an authorized FormFactor Performance reseller.
• Coverage is valid in the United States and Canada.
• This warranty is your sole remedy. FormFactor Performance is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, labor costs related to installation or removal, or damage to other vehicle components arising from product failure.
• Where applicable consumer protection law in your province or state grants you greater rights, those rights apply and override any conflicting term in this warranty.
• FormFactor Performance reserves the right to update this warranty for new orders. The warranty in effect on your purchase date governs your order.
