How to redeem

  1. Email proof of service to info@formfactorperformance.com with the subject line “Military Discount.”
  2. Accepted proof: a DD-214, military ID, VA card, Canadian Veterans Affairs documentation, or any government-issued service record. Feel free to redact sensitive numbers.
  3. We’ll verify within 1–2 business days and reply with a custom order link that has the 20% already applied.

Who qualifies

  • Active duty and reservists of the Canadian Armed Forces — Army, Royal Canadian Navy, and Royal Canadian Air Force.
  • Veterans of any branch.

Cannot be combined with other promotions. Limit one military discount order per customer per month. Proof of service is reviewed and then deleted from our inbox within 30 days — we don’t store or share submitted documents. We reserve the right to decline requests with unverifiable documentation.
