At FormFactor Performance, we know that pushing limits comes with risk. That’s why we offer FF Care—our discounted replacement program for customers who’ve experienced an accident or had a part seized by law enforcement.
If your car or bike takes a hit, FF Care gives you up to 50% off a replacement part. In select cases, we may even cover the full cost.
To qualify, you’ll need:
- A photo of your vehicle with the FF logo sticker applied before the incident (the sticker is included in every box).
- A photo of the damaged part installed on the vehicle after the incident.
- Your original order number.
- If the part was seized by law enforcement, provide proof of seizure (such as an itemized ticket or report listing the part).
